Friday, August 22nd, 2008Welcome to my first post on New York Driving Law! The purpose of this “blog” will be to help inform the reader of the substance and procedures concerning the legal aspects of driving on the roads of New York.
I maintain a general practice law office in downtown Rochester, New York. See my website www.shrameklaw.com for more information. Lately, I have been receiving a large number of calls from clients concerning legal issues from operating automobiles in NY. Many of these issues are common problems that have simple solutions. Of course, there are some clients with more serious problems.
I will be writing in the future on many of these issues and the solutions available to drivers under New York law.
