My Law Office is located in the historic High Falls area of downtown Rochester, New York where I maintain a general practice of law, including criminal defense and traffic law. Lately, I have received a large number of calls from clients who have legal issues as a result of driving on the roads of New York. These issues range from simple speeding tickets to license suspensions to driving while intoxicated (DWI). This blog is designed to educate readers about the nuances of New York Driving Law.
For more than sixteen years, I’ve been a trial lawyer assisting clients with matters involving criminal defense, personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, insurance law, premises liability, and bankruptcy. I have tried significant cases in both state and federal courts, helping obtain fair and just results for injured victims. I graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Additionally, I am admitted in all Courts in New York State, including the United States District Court, Western District of New York, and the United States Bankruptcy Court, Western District of New York. I am also admitted to practice in the State of Ohio. (Inactive status).
